We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Project Manager who will lead business development efforts and manage client projects from acquisition to successful delivery.
Role Overview
This is a hybrid role combining business development (primary focus) and project management (post-sale responsibility).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and managing the full sales cycle. Once a project is secured, the candidate will serve as the primary point of contact, overseeing project execution, monitoring progress, and ensuring successful delivery in collaboration with internal technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development (Primary Focus)
Identify and develop new business opportunities in custom software development and outsourced development services
Build and manage a strong client portfolio across various industries
Generate leads through outbound calls, events, and digital channels
Schedule and conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person)
Present Fluxion’s services and tailor solutions to meet client needs
Prepare proposals, scope documents, and commercial offers
Maintain and update CRM with accurate pipeline data
Project Management (Post-Sale)
Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal development teams
Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and milestones
Coordinate tech team to ensure alignment with client expectations
Monitor project progress
Provide regular status updates and reports to clients
Manage risks, scope changes, and client feedback
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in solution-based or service-oriented industries.
Experience managing full sales cycles and handling post-sale client relationships is required.
Technology or software industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Experience managing client accounts and handling end-to-end sales cycles
Experience managing projects from initiation to completion.
Skills & Competencies
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in solution-based or service-oriented industries.

Salary - 2,500,000 - 3,000,000 (based on experience)
Experience - Minimum 3+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles within a software development environment, preferably with remote or distributed teams
