We are looking for a remote Scrum Master to join our software development team and support the delivery
of high-quality software solutions. In this role, you will facilitate Scrum processes in a distributed environment,
ensure smooth collaboration across time zones, and help teams stay aligned, productive, and continuously
improving. You will work closely with our development team members to ensure Agile practices are effectively
applied in a remote setup.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working in Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager,
Project Coordinator) within a software development environment, preferably with remote or distributed
teams - Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks and metrics
- Hands-on experience facilitating remote Scrum ceremonies
- Good understanding of the product development lifecycles
- Proficiency with Agile project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, ClickUp or similar
- Ability to identify impediments in remote workflows and proactively drive solutions
- Strong communication skills for collaboration
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) is a plus
