In this role, you will facilitate Scrum processes in a distributed environment, ensure smooth collaboration across time zones, and help teams stay aligned, productive, and continuously improving. You will work closely with our development team members to ensure Agile practices are effectively applied in a remote setup.
Job description
3+ years of experience working in Agile delivery roles (Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Project Manager, Project Coordinator) within a software development environment, preferably with remote or distributed teams
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks and metrics
Salary - 2,500,000 - 3,000,000 (based on experience)
Experience - Minimum 5+ years of experience building modern web applications using React.js
Skills - SDLC, React.js, RESTful API Integration, Modern JavaScript (ES6+), State management, Component testing and Unit testing, Responsive Design, Version control systems, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum
