Moving from a bold idea to a truly competitive Minimum Viable Product (MVP) requires structure and collaboration. Our Visioneering Lab leverages the Agile Scrum methodology to guide the development process over three dedicated months (12 weeks), ensuring a high-quality, market-ready product at launch.
This process is designed for MVPs that aim to secure early customers, prove a monetization model, and serve as a stable foundation for rapid scaling.
Strategic Discovery & Design
Visioneering Lab: Validate the concept, define User Personas, and map the full User Journey. Finalize the Tech Stack (e.g., AWS, Go, React, Node.js). Deliver the high-fidelity UX/UI Design and the complete Product Roadmap (Backlog).
This phase eliminates project risk. We lock down the "what" and "how" before any code is written, ensuring the right product is built with the right architecture.
Engineering Lab: Set up the cloud environment and CI/CD pipeline. Develop the most critical 5-6 core features that prove the value proposition (e.g., sign-up flow, booking, Add to Cart). Continuous daily Standups and bi-weekly Sprint Reviews.
Our DevOps-first approach means the environment is production-ready from Day 1. The team prioritizes stability and clean code, building a future-proof foundation.
Refinement, QA & Launch Prep
Complete remaining MVP features (e.g., notifications, basic user settings). Conduct rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) and End-to-End Testing. Address all design feedback. Finalize deployment protocols and execute the Soft Launch to early adopters.
We don't just launch, we prepare for scale. The final weeks focus on stress testing, security audits, and setting up analytics (like Mixpanel) to measure post-launch success metrics.
