We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our fast-paced development team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, including system integrations and backend infrastructure. You will work closely with analysts and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that support business objectives.
Job requirements
5+ years of strong experience in both frontend and backend development.
Experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with backend development using Laravel PHP Framework.
Experience with database platforms such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration tools.
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A self-learner with enthusiasm for emerging technologies and best practices.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proficiency using GitHub Copilot, Claude, or other AI coding assistants.
Ability to craft effective prompts that generate production-ready code.
Expert knowledge of when to leverage AI versus manual coding.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications.
Build web experiences using React.js, and Next.js.
Develop and maintain backend services using Laravel PHP Framework.
Collaborate with analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Develop and manage API integrations with internal and external systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve system and technical issues in development and production.
Ensure application usability, security, and performance standards are met.
Support product stability, QA processes, and production readiness over time.
Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency.
Salary - 2,500,000 - 3,000,000 (based on experience)
Experience - Minimum 5+ years of experience building modern web applications using React.js
