We are looking for a high-performing, creative real estate content writer for digital content & marketing to join our growth marketing team. In this role, you won't just list property features; you will create high-impact, eye-catching advertisements that stop users from scrolling and compel them to click. You will pivot seamlessly between writing premium, high-converting real estate ad campaigns in English and crafting emotionally resonant, ultra-engaging property hooks in the Myanmar language. If you know how to write scroll-stopping headlines and turn standard property listings into irresistible lifestyle advertisements, we want you on our team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of professional copywriting or advertising experience, with a heavy portfolio focus on Real Estate advertising, Property Agency marketing, or high-conversion consumer brands.
- Portfolio Standards: A strong digital portfolio demonstrating highly creative, eye-catching ad campaigns, viral-style social media posts, and high-conversion property descriptions in both English and Burmese.
- AIDA Framework Mastery: Expert knowledge of direct-response marketing frameworks (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) tailored specifically to the psychology of property buyers.
- Bilingual Ad Optimization: Deep understanding of how to tailor text layouts, emojis, and call-to-actions (CTAs) for mobile-first audiences in both English and Myanmar localized spaces.
- Hook Variation Generation: Ability to rapidly spin up 5 to 10 different angles/headlines for a single property unit to facilitate split-testing (A/B testing) on ad platforms.
- AI-Efficiency Alignment: Comfort using AI tools to brainstorm raw concepts, angles, and translations, while possessing the superior creative skill required to punch up the final copy so it sounds human, premium, and captivating.
- Creative Agility & Speed: A natural storyteller who makes standard property features sound incredibly desirable under tight digital agency deadlines, with an openness to analyzing ad performance data to continuously refine your writing style.
