We are seeking a highly charismatic and articulate Property Presenter to join our growing team in the Real-Estate sector. This role is responsible for serving as the primary face and voice of our property listings, delivering engaging on-camera room and property tours, and communicating key features effectively to enhance our brand presence across digital platforms.
Qualifications & Requirements
- On-Camera Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in property presenting, on-camera hosting, or digital media video performance (enthusiastic fresh graduates with strong public speaking skills and a confident portfolio are welcome).
- Camera Presence: Exceptional screen presence—highly comfortable, expressive, and natural when communicating on camera.
- Communication Skills: Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and verbal articulation to keep potential property buyers engaged.
- Trend Awareness: Familiarity with current social media real estate trends, presentation formats, and audience engagement strategies across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Professional Attributes: Highly proactive with strong attention to detail, exceptional time management skills, and the ability to work effectively on location.
