We are seeking an highly experienced Operation Manager in real estate agency business to support the growth of our start-up real estate company. The manager will play a critical rolein developing the company’s operational framework, advising on Myanmar’s real estate market, and guiding the development of our digital real estate platform.
The ideal candidate will bring strong real estate agency experience, deep market knowledge, and the ability to lead and manage in-house real estate agents and business development executives.
Market & Business Strategy
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the Myanmar real estate market, including trends, pricing structures and customer behavior.
- Provide strategic recommendations for launching and scaling a real estate digital platform.
- Identify market gaps, competitor positioning and growth opportunities.
- Advise management on business models, pricing strategies, commission structures and revenue streams.
Operations & Platform Development
- Provide advises for the development of a real estate platform, including feature design, user experience improvements and user journey flow.
- Collaborate with the management and technical team to align business strategy with platform development.
- Design operational processes for property listing, agent onboarding and transaction management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Strong real estate agency experience, preferably within the Myanmar property market.
- Proven experience dealing with buyers, sellers, investors and developers.
- Hands-on experience managing various property types such as land, residential,commercial and mixed-use properties.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple real estate deals and resolve transaction-related challenges.
- Experience in leading and managing real estate agents or Business Development Executives.
- Strong understanding of property sales, leasing, brokerage operations and market trends.
- Experience working with real estate platforms, property listing websites, or prop-tech solutions is preferred.
- Ability to develop business strategies and operational structures for start-up companies.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
- Experience in market research, competitor analysis and business development is an advantage.
