We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join the IT Solution team and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations across our Bangkok and Yangon offices. You will be the go-to person for hardware, software, and network issues, keeping our teams productive and systems running reliably. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, works well under pressure, and wants to grow in a fast-paced tech environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2-6 years in an IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration role
- Technical Skills: Troubleshooting hardware and software issues, Windows and macOS environments, basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN), user account management (Google Workspace, Active Directory), and familiarity with SaaS tools
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, patient and service-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and ability to explain technical issues in simple terms to non-technical users
- Nice to Have:
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or equivalent
- Experience with MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Microsoft Intune, Google Endpoint Management)
- Experience with IT helpdesk and ticketing software (e.g., Jira Service , Clickup Service, Management, Freshdesk, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
- Knowledge of remote support tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Zoho Assist)
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Datadog, Zabbix, PRTG)
- Familiarity with asset management software (e.g., Snipe-IT, Freshservice)
- Basic scripting knowledge for automation tasks (e.g., Bash, PowerShell)
