About the Role
We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Digital Solutions Consultant to join our growing team in Yangon, Myanmar. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting Fluxion Tech's suite of technology solutions to enterprise clients across POS, loyalty, education platforms, PropTech, and SaaS verticals. You will serve as a key bridge between client needs and our technical delivery teams, helping businesses in Myanmar and the wider ASEAN region accelerate their digital transformation journeys.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the IT, software, or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions, including SaaS, POS, IoT, and logistics platforms.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Myanmar and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with the Myanmar business landscape and enterprise client ecosystem is a strong advantage.
  • Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines and sales activities is preferable.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
  • This role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
  • Actively promote and sell Fluxion Tech's products/services to prospective and existing clients in Myanmar.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable Fluxion Tech solutions.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client product inquiries and coordinate with the technical team to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to support business and product decisions.
  • Represent Fluxion Tech professionally at industry events and client meetings across Myanmar.
