About the Role
The Customer Service & Admin Officer plays a key dual role at Fluxion Technology, serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries while also ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This person will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, manage and report on complaints professionally, and maintain office administration functions. The role sits within the HR & Admin team and contributes directly to both customer satisfaction and internal operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Call Handling: Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone in a professional, timely, and helpful manner.
  • Complaint Management: Receive, log, and categorize customer complaints accurately; prepare regular complaint reports for management review.
  • Issue Resolution: Follow up on customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure customers receive satisfactory resolutions.
  • Office Supplies Management: Monitor office supply inventory, submit purchase requests, and ensure adequate stock levels at all times.
  • Fixed Assets Management: Register new fixed assets, maintain an up-to-date asset register, and coordinate asset assignments and returns.
  • Utility & Bill Management: Track and process monthly bills including electricity, WiFi, and phone; coordinate payments with the Finance team.
  • Facility Coordination: Oversee office cleanliness by coordinating with cleaning staff and ensuring a well-maintained work environment.
  • Admin Reporting: Prepare and submit periodic administrative reports covering expenses, asset status, and office operations.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for office-related needs and maintenance requests.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR & Admin team and other departments as needed.
  • Property Inquiry Administration: Record and maintain customer and client inquiries related to property listings and services, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data management.
  • Reporting & Coordination: Prepare periodic inquiry reports and coordinate with relevant Department Heads to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service, front office, or office administration roles.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace tools including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Gmail, with the ability to use them confidently and efficiently in day-to-day admin tasks.
  • Familiar with asset management tools or office management software is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English and Myanmar; confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with strong ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
  • Positive attitude, patience, problem-solving mindset, and strong sense of ownership.
