The Customer Service & Admin Officer plays a key dual role at Fluxion Technology, serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries while also ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This person will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, manage and report on complaints professionally, and maintain office administration functions. The role sits within the HR & Admin team and contributes directly to both customer satisfaction and internal operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service, front office, or office administration roles.
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Gmail, with the ability to use them confidently and efficiently in day-to-day admin tasks.
- Familiar with asset management tools or office management software is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English and Myanmar; confident and professional telephone manner.
- Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with strong ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Positive attitude, patience, problem-solving mindset, and strong sense of ownership.
