About the Role
We are looking for a Business Systems Specialist to take ownership of our core software environment. Your goal is to ensure our internal tools are powerful, well-managed, and easy for everyone to use. You will be the bridge between our technology and our people, ensuring that from CRM to our Accounting and HR platforms, every system is optimized for success.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or a business-facing technical role.
  • Software Skills: Deep experience using or managing CRM, HR Management System, Retails/POS system and ERP software
  • Technical Setup: Hands-on experience managing business email environments (such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).
  • Writing & Teaching: A natural ability to write clear instructions and explain technical steps to non-technical coworkers in a way that is easy to understand.
  • Patience & Empathy: A helpful, patient attitude when assisting team members who feel "stuck" or overwhelmed by technology.
  • Problem Solving: The ability to quickly identify why a user is struggling and provide a quick, permanent solution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Software Management: Manage, update, and test our primary business platforms, including CRM, HR Management Systems (HRMS), Accounting software, and Retail/POS systems.
  • System Integrity: Perform regular functional testing to ensure all ERP-related workflows and software updates run smoothly without disrupting business operations.
  • Email & Access Management: Handle the creation, configuration, and ongoing management of company email accounts and communication tools.
  • Software Testing: Rigorously test new features or system updates to ensure they work perfectly before the rest of the team starts using them.
  • User Guides: Create and maintain simple, step-by-step User Guides so that the Sales, HR, Retail, and Accounting teams have clear manuals for their specific tasks.
  • Hands-on Training: Conduct live, personalized training sessions to help each department master the specific software and digital tools required for their daily work.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Act as the first point of contact when staff are stuck or confused by a system. You will guide them through the "how-to" and clear any technical blockers.
  • Process Improvement: Constantly look for ways to make our software and workflows more efficient for all departments.
