We are looking for a Business Systems Specialist to take ownership of our core software environment. Your goal is to ensure our internal tools are powerful, well-managed, and easy for everyone to use. You will be the bridge between our technology and our people, ensuring that from CRM to our Accounting and HR platforms, every system is optimized for success.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or a business-facing technical role.
- Software Skills: Deep experience using or managing CRM, HR Management System, Retails/POS system and ERP software
- Technical Setup: Hands-on experience managing business email environments (such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365).
- Writing & Teaching: A natural ability to write clear instructions and explain technical steps to non-technical coworkers in a way that is easy to understand.
- Patience & Empathy: A helpful, patient attitude when assisting team members who feel "stuck" or overwhelmed by technology.
- Problem Solving: The ability to quickly identify why a user is struggling and provide a quick, permanent solution.
