We are looking for a Senior AI augmented Software Engineer to join our fast-paced development team. This role sits at the intersection of engineering excellence and AI-native ways of working, setting the standard for how our team builds in the age of intelligent tooling. You will work closely with analysts and cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that support business objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of strong experience in both frontend and backend development.
- Champion the use of GitHub Copilot, Claude Code and similar assistants across the engineering team.
- Ability to craft effective prompts that generate production-ready code.
- Experience with Spec-Driven Development practices or research in specification-based engineering workflows.
- Experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with backend development using Go, Java, PHP Frameworks.
- Experience with database platforms such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A self-learner with enthusiasm for emerging technologies and best practices.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
