Job requirements
5+ years of strong experience in both frontend and backend development.
Champion the use of GitHub Copilot, Claude Code and similar assistants across the engineering team.
Ability to craft effective prompts that generate production-ready code.
Experience with Spec-Driven Development practices or research in specification-based engineering workflows.
Experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Experience with backend development using Go, Java, PHP Frameworks.
Experience with database platforms such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
A self-learner with enthusiasm for emerging technologies and best practices.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and ship high-quality software using AI-augmented workflows.
Collaborate with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Collaborate with Product Team and Engineering Team to scope and architect AI-powered features end-to-end.
Contribute to prompt engineering standards, reusable AI component libraries, and internal documentation.
Build production-grade integrations with third-party APIs and LLMs.
Develop and manage API integrations with internal and external systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve system and technical issues in development and production.
Ensure application usability, security, and performance standards are met.
Support product stability, QA processes, and production readiness over time.
Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency.
Salary - 2,500,000 - 3,000,000 (based on experience)
Experience - Minimum 5+ years of experience building modern web applications using React.js
